Training Your SAR K9

If you have decided that you and your canine partner are suited to SAR, here are some basic techniques for training.  Obviously this Website is not going to train your dog.  Read every book you can on the subject, then find a competent local group to start training with.  There are lots of pitfalls along the road to a well trained search dog, and having someone experienced point them out will save you lots of time in the long run.
